On the 17th of October 2024, the AWARE project consortium held an online meeting to review progress and plan next steps.

The team finalized plans for the Final Conference and TPM on 14-15 November 2024, with SAN presenting the draft agenda. Partners were assigned to prepare presentations about their organizations and results for WP2, WP3, and WP4. SAN as the host of the event will manage registration, materials, and the workshop logistics.

Work Package 4’s modules are complete and translated, and the platform is ready for piloting. Training for higher education institutions is ongoing, with pilots to be finalized by 15 October 2024.

The dissemination plan was reviewed, press releases were assigned to various partners, and KMOP is leading and finalizing the policy recommendations report. National reports are complete, and the final conference will include 50 participants.
