On the 20th of September 2024, the AWARE project consortium held an online meeting to discuss progress on the work done and to plan the next steps including the preparation of the 4th financial report, due by 10 December 2024.

Plans for the Final Conference and TPM on 14-15 November 2024 were reviewed, with SAN presenting the agenda. Partner organizations confirmed their staff attendance and SAN will manage participant registration via Google Forms.

Work Package 4 modules are complete and available on the platform in multiple languages. Piloting and training for higher education institutions (HEIs) are ongoing, with pilot reports due by 31 October 2024.

Traditionally, the meeting also discussed project management, dissemination of results and quality assurance.
